When you order a Plank mattress, it will arrive in a box at your doorstep. You'll be able to get it into your bedroom with ease because of the packaging. Once it arrives, you should unpack it within three weeks. If you don't open it that soon, the expansion of your mattress may be slowed.

Once your mattress is out of the box, you should avoid getting on it for three to five hours. You may notice a slight odor for the first 24 hours.

Plank Mattress Return Policy

Whether a mattress is a good fit is highly subjective. You do need to be aware that any shipping fees you pay are not refundable, so you would forfeit that money if you decide to return your mattress. Another important thing to understand is that the 120-night trial doesn't apply to accessories you buy with your mattress, such as pillows, mattress protectors, or sheets. Those items have a 30-day trial period.

Plank Mattress Warranties

Plank Mattress believes in their products, which is why they offer a 10-year warranty on their mattresses.
